iM realli ultra stressed out man....i realli lost in the world of JOAN LIM AN QI...!!!
argh..i m disappointed..i m pissed off with myself..and no one bt myself nw...NO..its nt PMS..i reassurre that...

i duno wad i wana to achieve nw..i m at lose..i wonder if the tactic i used on my team issit reasonable enuff...

and hearing wad 2gers said to mi yesterdae during gym..my whole heart just sank lyk titantic..the news they broke was realli of such strong IMPACT...its so strong that i cant ctrl my emotions animore...to make things worst..tears just dun seem to flow out..

its onli till hazel pet tok with mi then i finalli release myself..SHIOKE man!...can let out everything..its so farking xin kuo....argh...

i dun feel secure nw for sure...the wound is there...if it's gona heal the scar will b there...i noe there such ting as scar remover or wadever sai..bt still the impact is there.......i can stop tinking unless u gers prove it to mi by nx wk...

sat,sun and tues pool trg gona b veri mentalli drained and physically demanding..pls prepare urself for it...

i duno lar..i m having bad slp these daes.....i m tired...veri tired...as much as i can open myself..i alreadi open le..bt issit wads happening in the team...its nt a 2 way communication i feel..sighx..wad to do?? expectation too high??isist realli the case??

Qn:I always perform very well during my basketball training, but comecompetition, everything goes wrong! For example, during training Iam a sharp shooter but I can never score during a competition. Ans:First and foremost, thank you for coming out and sharing yourproblem with us. It is not unusual for athletes to find that theycan never perform as well during competition as they can duringtraining.To these athletes, we always say: you need to sit down and sort out the differences between training and competition - if you can perform during training, then what is stopping you from being ableto perform during competition? The hoop and ball is still round andthe height of the hoop does not change. It could be due to you notbeing able to focus on the task at hand or not being able to handle the pressure of the game and/or pressure placed upon you from your coach, peers or yourself. Learning to put aside your problems can help you focus better. You need to realize that just for that one game, putting aside your problems is crucial. This would allow youto fully focus on the game and not have your thoughts wander elsewhere.Communication is crucial in a team sport. You need to communicate with your teammates to find out the reason why you feel they are not passing you the ball. Bear in mind that the response they give mightbe harsh to you but you must realize that this has to be resolved inorder for your team to work as one. You can also approach your coach for his assistance in resolving this team issue.Good luck in your training!
