had a 4hr captain meeting just nw.. rather long i noe..bt bo bian...alot of things to tok..and esp mi..i ask alot alot of q...to the alot alot of comments...wat to do..i analysis tings too deeply sometimes...

though it was a lengthy meeting..bt i felt it was a rather effective one..andrew,ray and qi..all gif mi gd suggestions and feedbacks..and vice versa..it's lyk a brain storming session for the beta of TPCP..rox man!

after the meeting, i reflect thr lots of tings...make sense and i simply cant wait to go for trg man...in the mean time, i be drafting out a personal IDP (individual development plan) for each and everyone of the ladies...and for the team..so far the list almost done..bt i guess will onli blog up tml..nw too tired to do anithing le..later gota work opn...tiring man..too much brain cells used man..and i nearly cried when ray said sth insulting about the ladies...bt still after much thot it was true..i have to agree to the insult..haix...
