Work for the first time in 1 mth...last nite..was doing my usual saturday 4pm-12am shift...
Met the sales target for the first time of the wk..mst noe lar..gt who as MOD to motivate us cum who working at POS ma..ahha mi n Razo...
it's just mi isnt it?miracle?lolx..i take it as plain talent frm mi and nth bt mi...

Bt howeva the feeling of working is no longer the same..the place seem to b much more of a playland...no more of the [standards-tip-top] condition...wads the mgmt doing?i wonder...or issit that standards is no longer the main concern of the brand?
failed snapshot..
failed MSR..
failed cleaniness check...
and thus, there goes our free Chalet...
wads wrong with the partners?
if standards are being maintained then y issit all the assesments being failed?

i decide to wash my hands off the time being..
just punch in and out for wadever shift i have..
wait till i m officially back then i decide if i'm gona stay ant ba..
