After being in service line for lyk nearly 3years, sometimes i wonder wads the view of consumers towards service line staff..
it occured to mi when i m a consumer myself...
that i have extremely high expectation or requirement of the staffs..
coze i noe that i can be beta than them...
bt owas i have to suffer disappointement..n thats when i lower dwn my expectations of them...i will just treat them as who they are..what they perform i shall jsut accept it...so i owas expect the most basic which's just a smile and a friendly approaching attitude..
nw i put myself back to being a staff..i wonder wads my customer expectations of mi..it was last nite that it make mi realise that customers treat us lyk MAID..command us rudely, making their $ worthwhile..it's so sick can...bt i just have to live with fate..
sometimes to some extend, i feel lyk lecturing the customers to ask them look at the blodi mirror b4 they come and comment so much shit about us being rude or wadever..ask them to check their tone and attitude to deserve what they deserve..
disappointment...
absolute one...
wads wrong with the education system and civis and moral of human being these daes.?
